the rooftop restaurant staff felt so efficient. the fire alarm happened as we packed, but staff handled it well. tony rowe from sandy park brought us tea and pastries in the conference room. staff and fire brigade got us access to our luggage for our flight.
there isnt drinking water in rooms. the water pressure felt weak, like a light rain.

the hotel staff greets you cheerfully at reception, a delightful way to start any trip. the staff quickly fulfilled a request for more supplies, that improved our stay. attentiveness makes a difference.

i noticed proximity to destinations like the english riviera, very convenient. the restaurant has a special view from the top floor. this view really showcases the surrounding countryside.

The room had a persistent background noise. It sounded like a fan even with the air conditioning off and this affected my sleep. The staff looked to be in training, and during dinner, there was a sense of being rushed, without an offer of the dessert menu.
